The calculators and articles on golfcalculatorapp.com are for general information. Results are estimates, worked out from published formulas and the numbers you enter. A wrong entry gives a wrong answer, so check what you type.
Handicaps
The handicap calculators follow the World Handicap System, but a result from this site is not an official Handicap Index, course handicap or playing handicap. Official figures come from your golf club or national association, which may apply rules these calculators don't, such as the soft cap, the hard cap, exceptional score reductions and daily playing conditions. For competitions, always use the handicap your club or committee gives you.
Distance, wind and elevation
Distance results are based on averages and rules of thumb. Real shots depend on the strike, the ball, the lie, the weather and the ground. Use the numbers as a guide and check them against your own launch-monitor or on-course numbers.
Equipment and fitting
Club length, grip size and swing weight results are starting points. For a full fitting, see a qualified club fitter.
Club values
Club value and trade-in results are estimates. Real prices depend on the market, the model and its condition, so check current listings and offers before you buy or sell.
Betting
The dead heat golf calculator shows how dead-heat rules usually work. Each bookmaker sets its own rules, and theirs apply to your bet. Please bet responsibly, and only where it is legal for you to do so.
